We are an eco-minded, paperless dental practice with a steadfast belief that we must be good stewards of our environment. However, we’ll print your paperwork if you wish.
Meet the Dentists
Dr. Tatyana P. Mokeyev, DDS | General Dentistry
Dr. Tatyana is passionate about dentistry and dedicated to continuing her professional education. Born in St. Petersburg, Russia she earned her degree in dentistry from St. Petersburg State Medical University in 1991. She moved to the United States and received her undergraduate degree from San Antonio College in 1995 with honors. Dr. Tatyana graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1999. Her research efforts have appeared in a variety of publications and have won her acclaim.
In her spare time she administers an international web group for information exchange among dental professionals.
Dr. Tatyana’s memberships include American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Texas Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the International Team for Implantology
Dr. Stella M. Caballero, DDS | Founder, Chief Clinical Adviser
Dr. Stella was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and moved to the United States in the late 1960s. She earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 1989, and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1994, from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Stella returned to Austin and opened Caballero Family Dentistry in Round Rock, Texas, which had a friendly, neighborhood vibe where patients and their families became friends of the practice. As her practice grew so did her own family, which prompted Dr. Stella to sell the practice after ten years of operation.
A few years later Dr. Stella saw the need to provide a client-friendly dental office with a focus on prevention and wellness — a clinic that was also a hub of health information and resources. Likewise, she is committed to attracting the right professionals who possess a dedication to health care, patient service, and who have excellent communication skills — those who share the ideals of Brush 32 Dental Wellness Center.
Dr. Stella resides in the North Lake Travis area with her husband and three kids. She enjoys traveling, gardening, activities with her kids, and spending time with friends.
Dr. Stella belongs to the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Capital Area Dental Society.
Laura Zambrano | Dental Hygenist
Laura Zambrano graduated from Austin Community College with one of the top awards in her class. She has a passion for educating people in the field of dental hygiene while understanding the fears and anxiety of dentistry by the general public. Laura shows compassion and kindess to her patients since she herself has had extensive dental work over the years. Building relationships with her patients is very important to Laura, along with having a great sense of humor! In her spare time, Laura loves to care for animals, including the strays. She also crochets, gardens, travels, and loves to play tennis!
Shannon Naiser | Head Clinical Assistant
Shannon was born in St. Louis, Missouri. Today she lives in the Round Rock area where she stays active with her two children who participate in sports and cheerleading. She also enjoys long distance running, country and western dancing, and the outdoors. She has worked as a dental assistant for twenty years in the Round Rock area, previously working with Dr. Stella for 9 years at the original clinic.
